QueueMetrics pricingQueueMetrics is a commercial product which licence is bound to the number of concurrent agents you have in your call center. This is the total number of distinct agents being tracked by QueueMetrics.
We suggest to buy a licence that is as big as the number of different people working in your call center. All licences have a duration of four years, unless specified differently. Each QueueMetrics licence is to be installed on only one server and can monitor one or more Asterisk servers.
QueueMerics is free to use and experiment with if you have up to two agents. This covers the majority of SOHO's and individual enthusiasts who run Asterisk at home and would like to monitor their incoming calls. The free licence included with the demo version usually lasts for one year. If you need to replace it, just drop us a line.
The free version helps you evalutate QueueMetrics in your actual production environment and see for yourself whether QueueMetrics is useful for you. If you need a larger licence to test drive QM in your environment, click here or contact us directly.
The QueueMetrics licence will work with all future 1.x QM versions. Make sure to select the right licence for your call center size.

To pay by credit card, click on the PayPal button. Do not forget to enter the name of the firm for which the licence is being bought in the additional notes. Entering your internal Purchase Order number or VAT code, if applicable, will make invoicing quicker. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card by clicking on the "Don't have a PayPal account" link on the purchase page.

Expanding your licence
If your call center grows and you need a larger licence while already having a smaller one, you will only pay the price difference at the time of your order, i.e. the sum you already paid for the smaller licence will be deducted fully from the new licence multiplied by the licence usage ratio expressed as number of years (or fraction) left, plus 10% of the new base price for QM.
For example, expanding a 4-year, 10-agent licence that will expire in two years and six months to 20 agents, will cost CHF ( 1800 - 1000 ) * ( 3 / 4 ) + ( 1800 * 10% ) = 780.
If you need your licence for a period longer than the included four years, you can calculate the price yourself considering that each additional year costs an additional 12.5% of the base licence you have selected.
For example, a 10-year 10-user licence costs CHF 1000 for the basic four year licence plus 12.5% * 6 = 75% for the remaining six years. In total it will then cost chf 1000 + 75% = chf 1750.
Agent Awareness (AGAW) extension pricingThe Agent Awareness extension to QueueMetrics lets your agent see the queue statistics, be informed in real-time about what is going on and start chat sessions with their supervisors. It is meant for large-scale distribuited call-centers where a high, real-time awareness of goals and targets is needed. It embeds into the Firefox browser and does not disrupt web-based CRM / form filling by the agent.

All licences are for a duration of four years. The same rules for licence duration and expansion apply as for QueueMetrics.
Priority SupportIf you need to purchase a support contract from us as well, you can purchase the Priority Support option for 20% of the base price of your current licence for one year. Priority Support is done by e-mail (in English) using a special Priority Support code and means that your support request will be handled on top of the list in any case, usually leading to a response time of a few hours. Priority Support is handled directly by Loway and not by resellers.

Remote installation servicesIf you do not want to install QueueMetrics yourself, we can install it for you on your own servers. The service includes:
- Installation of the latest version of QueueMetrics, with flat file or SQL storage, on any Linux server
- Startup/shutdown scripts
- Importing data from your underlying Asterisk configuration
- Creating QueueMetrics users as needed
- Setting up appropriate log rotation strategies
