If you prefer, you can install QueueMetrics automatically using the yum package manager or the Espresso configuration tool - see the Installing page.

MySQL loader: Qloaderd

We provide a new generation MySQL loader that provides much improved error-handling and simplified installing. Automatic installation using yum is also available.

QueueDial script

The QueueDial script is not needed for recent versions of Asterisk - please see here for a full scripting solution for Asterisk 1.4 and newer that is implemented completely in the dialplan.
The AGI script is only needed for Asterisk 1.0 and 1.2.
